Somewhere along the way I have been told that I actually have the ability to look deep within my self and find all of life's answers right there within me? Why can't I find them then?'
The reason is actually quite simple. Your mind is too busy to hear them. But rest assured, they are most certainly there. Each and every one of us has the ability to look within and hear what is in our Highest and Best Good. To help guide us to finding the solutions to our questions, our concerns and even our problems in life.
'So how do I un-busy my mind so I can hear this voice of answers and solutions?'
By slowing the mind down, we are able to bring it into the present moment and it is in this moment that we are able to connect and find the answers. For some, we HEAR what is being said. Others will SEE what is being shown, and then, there are many that FEEL what is being presented. As we are all unique individuals and beings, we all connect in our own unique way, but regardless of the way the answers are given, we all have the ability to find those answers within us.
THE PRACTICE ~
Throughout the day, bring your attention back to what's immediately going on around you. The more you practice this, the easier it will become for you to find your self in the present moment. To know and understand, to actually begin to experience what it means and how it feels to be present and in the moment.
Slowly you will start to tune in to The Universal frequency which is communicating with you, with all of us, every moment of the day, even when we are not aware of the fact that this is going on. When we are hanging out or living in the past or spending time in the future this frequency is still communicating with us, we just aren't in the moment to benefit from it as we are too busy being elsewhere.
OF GREAT IMPORTANCE ~
Know that for every problem there is a solution, otherwise the problem could not exist and that we have the answers, the solutions right there within us. All we need to do is slow down and tune in to find them.
I would love to hear your comments and experiences with this Practice to finding YOUR answers within. If you feel comfortable with sharing, I look forward to listening.
Blessed be, Kathleen
