With this quote in mind, let's look at the reality of CHANGE and not only the implications of what it is all about but the mere fact that it is YOU that must commit to it becoming a reality or remaining something that never will happen. It's all about YOU ... US, we can choose to make a change and in this choice decision we can then reap the benefits of this choice and decision. As it says above, 'Nothing changes until YOU change ...' Because as long as we remain the same, we will continue to see things and feel things as we do right now, as we always have. It is the change that creates something else, something different. It is the change [in and by US] that allows us to see through different eyes, feel with a different heart and character. It is the change that creates a different perspective and therefore 'Nothing changes until YOU change ...' Even if the situation or the other person in your life changes, as long as YOU remain the same, unchanged and/or unwilling to change then in your mind, in your heart, eyes, feelings, perspective ... nothing really changes [for YOU].
And let's face it, human beings aren't all that keen on change. We fear it or simply don't want to be bothered with it. We most times think that there is nothing wrong with us or the way we do things or think about things and that it is almost always someone or something else that is in the wrong or that is in need of change or a different perspective. Hmmm. However even if that's the case, if we want something to be different in our life, it will be up to us to face the fact that we just may need to at least somewhat alter the way we are looking at it and therefore that is going to require a bit of difference on our part as well ... CHANGE is what's in order.
So here's a quick EFT round that can begin the ball rolling. To get us to perhaps open up, even just a little, to the idea of maybe wanting to do a little something to help guide the change that's needed in us or in the energy surrounding us to allow something more, something different to come to fruitiion or open our eyes, our hearts, our minds to what could be.

Top of Head & Heart Center - I just don't believe or feel that it should be up to me to change. I think that I might be afraid but then I also think that who and what I am is perfect just as it is. I don't really know. Maybe I just don't want to!
NOW take a moment to allow this to settle in and absorb. Allow whatever comes up to surface and be there with you. Pay attention to it because this information is what you need to take and continue on with in order to better understand where you are with this issue of change. It may be a good idea to repeat the above again or several times to also help guide you to more understanding and information and it may also help to calm you more so that you can better see and feel what's truly going on within this issue of change. Knowing that only you will encounter the information so there is no need to fear what comes. It is there for your benefit so embrace it and surrender to it. Allow it to speak to you and offer you the message[s].

NOW again stopping here for a moment and allowing this to settle in, absorb and speak to you. Listen, pay attention, see what comes up and just allow it to be there with you. Take this information and the information, the messages that you received from the previous round and the messages that you receive from this round and use them. Create more rounds to help you dig deeper into this issue of change. You may be surprised at what you find =)
Enjoying some quiet time with this, breathing nice and slow and just relaxing. When you feel you are ready go ahead and tap in some positives before moving on to more digging if it feels right for you. Here is a round of positives.
