Far too many of us continually beat our self up for not doing or being enough. Take this moment, right now, and allow your imagination to flow and guide you to an experience of just how great you are, just as you are. Feel the amazing relief this brings! Now open to the possibility that this is not a daydream. That this is not just your imagination running wild. That it's true! Believe it!
As Orison Swett Marden says 'We cannot rise higher than our thought of ourselves.' So with this in mind I would like to say 'Believe in your self and be proud of who you are.' This can make a world of difference as we believe more what we say to our self than we believe what others say to us so it's time for us to become aware of our internal language and self talk and make it fit a life worth living.
Here is an opening round of EFT to help guide us to this shift and change in our state of being, in the energy that flows through us.
ET I believe that I'm not enough, that I have nothing to offer my self or anyone else ... I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.
ET I tend to look at where I lack and at all the things that I'm not doing right or at all ... I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
ET I'm not proud of my self and there is nothing about me to believe in that's good or outstanding ... I love and accept me no matter what.
INDIVIDUAL RELEASE POINTS

UE - I can't seem to do anything right
UN - I tend to focus on where I lack ... alot
Chin - It's just easier to believe that I'm not worthy
CB - There's nothing special about me
UA - I don't believe in my self

Repeat this as many times as you feel is necessary, as many times as you choose to and then take a moment to sit with it. Go inside and listen. Feel where your energy is. Feel the changes. Take a nice, slow, deep breath and let it go.
Now let's go ahead and Tap In a few positive choices to help guide the shift of energy even more.

Where are you right now? What are you feeling? What has this experience brought you? Take some time, as long as you need to truly listen to the answers. Then, take a nice, slow, deep breath in, holding it for 10 seconds or so and as you exhale, release and let it all go.

P.S. SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I look to be able to update the diagrams located on the Sessions Page of this website soon so that it will not only provide you with the EFT Release Point Locations but also the labeling of what they are called but for now, here's the list ~
IE - Inside of Eye
OE - Outside of Eye
UE - Under Eye
UN - Under Nose
Chin - That little dip between the lower lip and the point of the chin
CB - Collarbone which is located on the chest approximately 2" down from the top center and approximately the same 2" across towards the outside of the chest
UA - Under Arm which is actually located about 4" down from the arm pit
TH - Top of the Head or Crown Chakra. I prefer to simply lay my hand, palm open on this particular spot
HC - Heart Center or Heart Chakra. Again I prefer to simply lay my hand, palm open on this amazing spot.
I'm very good with the couching and guidance but the software stuff, not so much. I am however learning and trust that one day this too will be a thing of my past :)
