Now I'm not here to beat you up and especially not more than some of you already do. But I am here to bring to your attention that many times we hold space for things that we really don't want or that we'd rather not have. And since we're here, bringing things to your attention, this is actually quite the opposite of what we should be doing because as one of my favorite quotes goes 'You create that upon which your attention is focused' so all you're really doing is literally causing, manifesting the thing you DON'T WANT rather than allowing your Self to simply do what it does best and provide you with the know how and ability to healing it Self and release this and bring to you what you DO WANT.
So once again, how do we get what we WANT rather than what we DON'T WANT? By changing up our attention and focus. Rather than focusing upon our problems, rather than focusing upon the things we DON'T WANT we simply do the opposite and focus our attention upon solutions and what we DO WANT and then The Universe will have a much easier time understanding what it is you truly wish to achieve and be able to help you get there!
So not to beat the dead horse but I'm going to continue on for a bit because some of us need to hear the same general idea in various ways and with different words to truly grasp new concepts and ideas so with that being said ...
Another way to look at this is to understand and realize that when our minds dwell on a problem, we stay stuck. 'Woe is me!' is a good example of what might go on inside someone's mind. But when we can shift our energy, our mind to ask how we might achieve a solution, a remedy to our problem, our Subconscious Mind, our thinking and our creativity also shift and move into gear creating new possibilities. This begins the opening of doors. The ability to 'see' something different, something else, something more.
So what do you do now? What to you do here with this information?
Get in the habit of asking for solutions!
We already have the problem. We already have what we DON'T WANT or what we'd like to release or eliminate so stop the INSANITY which by the way is 'Repeating the same thing over and over again expecting different results.' It really is that simple.
So remember, every choice moves us closer to or further away from something. Ask your Self right now, 'Where are your choices taking your life?' 'What do your behaviors demonstrate that you are saying YES or NO to in your life?'
There is only one thing that has to change for us to know happiness in our lives and that's where we focus our attention. Where is your attention focused?
