Well this morning, no kidding, I'm 100% better :)
I will be doing another round or 2 today to rid my should of any remaining pain, discomfort and inability to move freely because when I REALLY tweak it backwards I can FIND a bit of issue still residing there but I am saying, without a doubt that what was there and going on within my shoulder is 100% better than it was and will soon be completely gone!!!
This is some of what you can and will experience with this incredible healing technique and I look forward to being your Guide.

COMMENT : A FRIEND EMAILED ME REGARDING THIS AND ASKED 'ME TOO, WHERE DO I TAP?' Below is my response ...
Hey Ian go to my website www.thehousecalltherapist.com and you will find a couple of diagrams there that offer you the tapping points under THE SESSIONS Tab. There are also some brief instructions besides the pictures.
Here's how to get started. First think on and/or feel your issue if it's something that you can physically feel and rate it. Like 0 being 'I don't feel it at all or it doesn't affect me at all' and 10 being 'it's out of control in terms of my emotional state and/or the physical pain it causes me.' This way as you go along you will have some way to track your progress and healing :)
SET UP PHRASE - While speaking the following statements out loud and continuously tapping on either the Karate Chop Point which is located on the outside of your hand as shown in the diagram OR rubbing The Sore Spot which is described in the diagram above the hand diagram and it's the PURPLE spot on the chest
'Even though I have this frozen shoulder ... I deeply and completely love and accept myself'
'Even though I have this horrible pain in my [right/left] shoulder ... I deeply and completely love and accept myself and my body for all it does for me'
'Even though the range of motion in my [right/left] shoulder is very limited and causes me discomfort and pain ... I profoundly love and accept all of me anyway'
NOW TAPPING ON THE INDIVIDUAL RELEASE POINTS shown in the diagram on my website ... the tapping is to stimulate the acu-points / release points within the meridians and bring the issue to the surface so that it can be dealt with and then released so make contact. Of course don't bruise your self with the tapping but make sure that you can feel it. So the stagnant energy within the meridian can be grabbed.
State the following KEY ELEMENTS while continuously tapping on ~
Inside of Eyebrow - 'This horrible pain in my [right/left] shoulder'
Outside of Eyebrow - 'This limited range of motion in my [right/left] shoulder'
Under Eye - 'This frozen feeling in my [right/left] shoulder'
Nose - 'My shoulder is in such pain'
Chin - 'I can't move my arm without discomfort and pain'
Collarbone - 'I feel so limited in my ability to move my arm and [right/left] shoulder
Under Arm - 'This uncomfortable pain'
Hand Palm Down On Top of Head - 'This horrible pain'
NOW REPEAT THE ABOVE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BODY FROM WHAT YOU JUST TAPPED
THEN take a reading of your body. Is it the same, worse, different? Notice the change and rate it again. Depending upon how much the intensity has or hasn't moved, we may need to add in some additional technique steps but for now I will move on to another step and after you tell me how this works we will decide where we need to go from here to help you improve even more if needed.
Of course what we are working towards is bringing the intensity rating down to a zero :)
If there wasn't much movement after 1 round, repeat the above again until you get some REAL movement. Feel free to change up the words in any way that suites your feelings and situation. After you have done a couple of rounds do this next step ~
TAPPING ON THE KARATE CHOP POINT or RUBBING THE SORE SPOT state
'Even though I STILL have SOME of this pain, discomfort and frozen or stuck feeling in my [right/left] shoulder ... I choose to allow my body to release this tension now'
TAPPING ON THE INDIVIDUAL RELEASE POINTS state
IE - 'Choosing comfort now'
OE - 'Releasing all tension now'
UE - 'Feeling completely calm and relaxed'
Nose - 'I deeply love and accept myself in completeness'
Chin - 'I choose to feel completely relaxed now'
CB - 'I allow my self and my body to release all tension now'
UA - 'I give my self permission to heal my body now'
TH - 'Bringing in lots of healing love and light'
REPEAT THE ABOVE AGAIN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF YOUR BODY AND THEN FEEL FREE TO REPEAT THE ABOVE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WOULD LIKE OR NEED.
Take a nice, slow, deep breath and notice your experience. Where is your intensity rating now with regards to your shoulder? Has it moved? Is it worse, better, different, the same?

Something that came to me just today that I would like to share with you regarding this and healing in general ~
Something to note ... Many times doing Self-Healing work will bring to the forefront of your attention a message and so it's important to listen to and for those messages and then of course it's again your choice but obviously the best thing would be to pay attention to whatever it is the message is bringing to you.
What I have found and experienced is information about something that I am or was doing or not doing which will also help to correct, alleviate and/or keep my healing in place. This is particularly important with regards to 'physical' conditions or issues, such as this one about the shoulder since that's what we were working on here.
The message that came to me today was a very strong noticing of the way that I've been holding my body and right arm over the past several years, working with a computer. The position which is and has been an unnatural one which has been putting undue stress and tension on the shoulder and muscle itself constantly over the years which is more than likely the cause of the shoulder condition in the first place. Funny that I didn't notice this unnatural position and holding of my arm, hand and shoulder before now or I should say that it wasn't speaking to me in a language I could understand or loudly enough for me to hear it but since doing this EFT Session and speaking to my shoulder it has changed up the energy and now we are more closely connected and I'm actually
HEARING it speak to me :)
So now I need to listen to what it has said and is showing me and change my daily activity. Obviously I can't stop using the computer since it is part of my 'day job' but I can be aware of the constant holding in the same position and let go, massage it if necessary to get more circulation and blood flowing to the arm, shoulder and entire area. I can get up from the position of sitting at my desk more often to make sure that I'm not holding my hand and arm in that uncomfortable, unnatural position to cause the stress and tension to resettle there and recreate the condition causing me pain and discomfort, lack of range of motion, etc.
